Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to clash-tunnel.com. This independently maintained site provides tutorials and reference materials for the Clash ecosystem, covering client selection, installation and configuration, subscription import, rule-based routing, TUN mode, and troubleshooting. By accessing, reading, or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to follow the terms below. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the pages and materials provided by this site.

1. Content Purpose and Scope

The content on this site is provided solely for software learning, technical research, and general operational reference. It does not constitute a network service, subscription service, commercial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of operation in any particular environment. Menu names, configuration fields, and procedures in these tutorials are based on publicly available information at the time of writing. Different client versions, operating systems, kernel implementations, or configuration sources may present different interfaces and behavior.

This site does not represent the developers or maintenance organizations behind Clash, mihomo, Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Plus, or other related projects. The client handles the interface, configuration management, and system integration; the kernel executes proxy protocols and rules; and subscription services are operated independently by their respective providers. Their responsibilities and service scopes should not be conflated.

2. Lawful Use Requirements

Users must determine whether the relevant software, configurations, and features may be used under the laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and network service terms applicable where they are located and where the network service is actually used. Users must not use this site or the tools described here to conduct unauthorized system access, obtain data without permission, interfere with traffic, impersonate others, infringe copyrights, commit fraud, or engage in any other unlawful or non-compliant activity.

Users must ensure that they have lawful permission to use any imported subscriptions, configuration files, node information, and access destinations, and must properly protect any account information, access credentials, or network parameters they may contain. Before using them on school, corporate, or other managed networks, users must also follow the security policies established by the network administrator. Users are solely responsible for any consequences arising from violations of applicable requirements or third-party agreements.

3. Third-Party Software and Responsibility Boundaries

The software, kernels, and related components described on this site are provided by their respective open-source projects, developers, or distribution channels. Their functionality, compatibility, release schedules, and maintenance status are determined by the corresponding projects. This site may organize public download links and usage instructions, but it does not control third-party code, signatures, updates, service continuity, or future maintenance arrangements.

Before installing, upgrading, changing configurations, or enabling traffic-interception features such as TUN, users should understand the potential impact and retain necessary backups of their data and configurations. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for compensation for connection failures, overwritten configurations, data loss, business interruption, or any other direct or indirect loss caused by software defects, version incompatibility, incorrect configurations, subscription issues, changes in system permissions, network environment changes, third-party service interruptions, or user actions.

We strive to keep the guidance clear, but do not guarantee that every page will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every device at all times. For critical operations, production environments, or important data, users should make independent decisions based on project documentation, system logs, and actual testing rather than relying solely on a single tutorial.

4. Intellectual Property and Citation Rules

Project names, software names, logos, source code, and documentation within the Clash ecosystem belong to their respective rights holders and are governed by their respective open-source licenses, release terms, or other rights notices. The scope of use permitted by an open-source license does not constitute a waiver of trademark rights, attribution requirements, or other rights protected by law. When copying, modifying, or redistributing a related project, users must read and comply with the applicable license themselves.

The original tutorial structure, written explanations, and page layout on this site are protected by applicable law. When making reasonable quotations for learning, commentary, or technical discussion, retain the context and credit the source. Do not edit or remove context in a way that falsely suggests this site has an authorization, partnership, or official affiliation with a particular client, kernel, or subscription service. Third-party links and project names are provided only to identify reference materials and do not constitute an endorsement or warranty of the related products.

5. Terms Updates and Feedback

This site may revise these Terms of Use to reflect page feature changes, developments in the project ecosystem, legal requirements, or content maintenance needs. The revised text will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Unless required by law, no separate individual notice will be provided. Continuing to access this site after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance that you have read the revised content.

If you have questions about specific procedures, configuration concepts, or common issues, start with the Help Center. When you need to complete importing, mode selection, connection, and verification in sequence, refer to the Tutorial. These pages are intended to direct technical questions and do not accept requests involving unlawful use, bypassing administrative requirements, or unauthorized access.
